I am a senior Service Designer, Strategic Designer and Design Researcher based in London.

My work sits at the intersection of strategy, systems thinking and service design, translating complexity into clear directions for products, services and organisations.

My practice is driven by a deep interest in understanding and reshaping relationships, whether between people, with our environment, or within the systems we inhabit. I believe the quality of these relationships ultimately shapes the services we experience, the organisations we build and the futures we create.
